How To Install :

1.Download PES 2017 RT Tattoopack 2021 Update V1 by Rean Tech.rar

2.Extract PES 2017 RT Tattoopack 2021 Update V1 by Rean Tech.rar with WinRAR

3.Copy RT~S21~TattoosUp1.cpk then paste it to download folder of PES 2017

4.Generate cpk file by using DpFileList Generator put it at bottom

5.Generate Tattoo Appearance by drag EDIT000000 over tattoo_appearance_2017_edit.exe then copy it back to document
